About Yuliya Klymenko

Yuliya brings experience, heart, and a true passion for serving others. She is a hardworking Realtor who genuinely cares about her clients and is committed to helping them through every step of the buying and selling process.

Her educational background is in the tourism business, and she spent many years working in the service industry. That experience helped her develop strong communication skills and a client-first approach, which now serve her well in real estate.

Yuliya has lived in both Ukraine and Argentina and moved to the United States in 2017. She is deeply grateful for the opportunities this country has provided, and her international background gives her a unique perspective when working with people from all walks of life.

One of Yuliya’s many strengths is that she speaks four languages: Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, and English. Her ability to connect with clients in multiple languages is a tremendous asset and allows her to serve a wide range of families with care and professionalism.
